This week I ventured down to San Diego to spend the morning with these adorable little angels, Miss Sasha and Little Max. Our goal to capture them in their surroundings just doing their thing.

Elena: Sandra, these are amazing, love, love, love the first one, great job! It was a pleasure meeting you at WPPI...

This little guy just cracked me up. He was so wide awake most of his session… happy as a little lamb but not wanting to miss a thing! His mum and I could not believe how awake he was, I am guessing mom got a nice nap that day :) I did eventually get him to crash out for a bit, so we could get some newborn sleeping images too. Here is a sneak peek for his family…

Grandma: Love that pouty lower lip!

Kimberly Marie: These are gorgeous! I just love the last one!

This sweet little guy is 4 weeks old. Mom and dad were really wishing they had brought him in when he was “new”, but he really did do a good job for a little guy that was not as squishy and sleepy as he would have been in his first week. He was so sweet and we had lots of giggles with him too, he had his little mind set on what he was going to let us get away with :) Here is a little peek…

Mandy: Really beautiful. I love the connections you have shown...really lovely.

Leanne Stamatellos: he's a beautiful baby and you did his photos effortlessly!

This little guy was not too interested in sleeping for us today, it took some coaxing but eventually we got him to agree to a few little cat naps. I am off to WPPI, but just had to quickly post for his family a little sneak peek…

Leanne Stamatellos: Simply gorgeous - I don't think I could choose just one!

kim: the sibling kiss is priceless! Looks liks an angel being kissed by Cupid! love it, love the textures too. Kim

Risa Grand: I love these proofs and can't wait to see them in prints!

Today I had the pleasure of photographing this precious little man. When I first got there he was a little fussy so mom sat down to nurse him and he crashed… We thought OK change of plans, let’s try for some sleeping ones first. The second she set him in the beanbag he opened his eyes and started cooing and smiling as if to say “psych”….it was soooo cute. Of course we had fun with all those smiles then he would get sleepy and we would try again… several times he played tricks on us and just smiled his little heart out til finally he just could not take it anymore and he crashed. It’s a good day with an 8 week old when you get a portraits of them up on their arms showing how big they are and asleep on daddy’s arm showing how small they really are :)

This little peanut gave us a heck of a time, he just did not seem to be feeling too good poor guy. His sweet brother tried demonstrating how to be a little camera ham but Maverick was not having it. We managed to sneak some sweet shots out of him none the less, here is a little peek for mom and dad….
